I am a holistic doctor of 30 years and retired from my chiropractic work in 2020. I am a post-menopausal woman who breezed through perimenopause and menopause.

Then I’d see the scale go even higher and I’d be even more upset and disappointed with myself.
My emotions ranged from mad, and sad to discouraged. Being a doctor made it even worse for me. I felt helpless despite all my knowledge of the human body.
