Hi! I'm Dr. Kim Norman...

I am a holistic doctor of 30 years and retired from my chiropractic work in 2020.  I am a post-menopausal woman who breezed through perimenopause and menopause. 

After learning how to overcome the post-menopause struggles, I experienced, and realizing I was not alone, I founded Dr. Kim’s Post-Menopausal Empowerment Method.

I teach women who want to go from being stressed out and frustrated by the changes taking place in their menopausal bodies to successfully empower themselves by eliminating stress, frustration, and stubborn fat, allowing them to extinguish hot flashes, sleep soundly, redefine their sexy and achieve mental clarity. 

I personally know how real the struggles can be. We are not alone. You may have come to realize the things that once worked to keep the weight gain at bay, no longer do. It seems impossible to get the results you want so badly.

There would be days when I was so diligent, eating clean, and staying active but still experiencing absolutely no movement in the right direction on my scale. I’d get so frustrated and just say the heck with it. I’d do all the things I knew were bad because of my frustration.  Then I’d see the scale go even higher and I’d be even more upset and disappointed with myself. 

My emotions ranged from mad, and sad to discouraged. Being a doctor made it even worse for me. I felt helpless despite all my knowledge of the human body.

Teaching my body to biohack my brain, and getting control of the stressors affecting me, allowed me to naturally balance the hormones in my body. This finally gave me the results I so desperately wanted.
